Cancellation Policy- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy- Children below 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of charge.
- Children above 3 years and below 1.1 meter height will be charged as child.
- Individual above 1.1 meter height will be considered an adult and charged as adult rate.

Important Information
- Sharing transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
- During busy periods, the Jumeirah guest queue will be closed off 45 minutes prior to the park's closing time.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult through out the time
- No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Wild Wadi Water Park.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
- Sharing transfers can be arranged from centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
- Additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
- Timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- The meal Add on includes: Hot dog / burger with a soft drink/ water bottle.
